2. Hosting
We host the content of our website with the following provider:
All-Inkl
The provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (hereinafter referred to as All-Inkl). For details, please refer to All-Inkl's privacy policy: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/.
The use of All-Inkl is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. If consent has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Data Processing Agreement
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. General Information
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We process your personal data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of your data.
4. Matomo (Web Analysis Without Cookies)
This website uses the open-source software Matomo to analyze user behavior. The data collected is stored exclusively on our own server and is not passed on to third parties.
We have configured Matomo so that web analysis is performed without setting analysis cookies. Your IP address is shortened (anonymized) before storage, so that it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in analyzing user behavior to optimize our website offering. Since the tracking is carried out without analysis cookies and completely anonymized, consent under the GDPR is not required.
The following data is collected:
- The pages you access
- The duration of your visit
- The origin of your access (e.g., via which website you came to us)
- Your approximate location (based on the anonymized IP address)
- Technical information such as your browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
You can object to this analysis by removing the following checkbox. An opt-out cookie will then be set, which serves solely to store your objection and prevent future data collection. This cookie does not contain any personal data.
[PLEASE INSERT THE MATOMO OPT-OUT CODE HERE]
5. Integration of OpenStreetMap
We integrate maps from the OpenStreetMap service (https://www.openstreetmap.org) on our website. OpenStreetMap is an open-source map service provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
For data protection reasons, the map is not loaded initially. Instead, you will see a selection box. Only when you consent to the use by clicking the checkbox ("OK") is a connection established to OpenStreetMap's servers. In doing so, your IP address and technical information (e.g., browser type) may be transmitted to OpenStreetMap.
The legal basis for this data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without your consent, no data is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
For more information on how user data is handled, please refer to OpenStreetMap's privacy policy: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.
6. Integration of YouTube Videos
We integrate videos from the YouTube platform on our website. YouTube is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We embed the videos in enhanced privacy mode. This means that when you visit a page with an embedded YouTube video, no cookies are set and no personal data is transmitted to YouTube initially. Only when you actively play the video by clicking on it is a connection established to YouTube's (Google's) servers. In doing so, data such as your IP address, browser information, and possibly existing cookies may be transmitted to YouTube.
The purpose of the data processing is to provide and play videos on our website. The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you grant by actively playing the video.
YouTube (Google) processes your data in the USA. There is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (Data Privacy Framework), so the transfer of data to the USA is permitted.
For more information, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Integration of Vimeo Videos
We integrate videos from the Vimeo platform on our website. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo.com Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
The same applies to Vimeo: When you visit a page with an embedded video, no connection to Vimeo is established initially. Only when you actively play the video are data such as your IP address and technical information transmitted to Vimeo.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you grant by actively playing the video.
Vimeo is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer of data to the USA is permitted.
For more information, please refer to Vimeo's privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy.
8. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email (e.g., for general inquiries or to submit events), the personal data you provide (in particular your email address and name) will be stored by us.
The processing of this data is carried out to handle your request and is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
Deletion: Your emails and the personal data contained therein will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for processing your request and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
When submitting event requests for our calendar, we store your email address in case your event is published, so that we can contact you. The email address will be stored together with the event until its expiration and will then be deleted.
